About conference

The 10th International Young Researchers Conference “Industrial Engineering 2023 – Circular Economy: production and consumption” is dedicated to development of young researchers’ research competences in view of sustainable industrial development, sustainable production and consumption. The Conference is organized in cooperation with The Baltic University Programme’s (BUP) Coordinating Secretariat at Uppsala University and BUP Lithuanian National Center as a part of annual BUP’s Student Conference 2023.

This year, we are focusing on the topic of Circular Economy. The Conference is to cover a wide range of topics such as:

Publication and Participation

Publication

Papers in English will be published online in conference proceedings book “Industrial Engineering 2023 – Circular Economy: production and consumption”.

The submitted papers are subject to review and decision on their publication by the editorial board of the publication, in view of the assessments and recommendations provided by the reviewers.

Participation mode

Oral presentationstime for oral presentations will be 7 minutes and 3 minutes discussion. It is advised to prepare presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint 2007-2016 formats.

Poster presentations: the posters should be prepared by applying Stand A1 (841×594), Landscape orientation. We ask Authors to do short (approximately 3 min.) oral presentation about the idea of the work.
